Isabelle OlivierHead of Initiative s & Market Infrastructures, EMEA - SWIFT
Isabelle Olivier joined SWIFT in Belgium in 2001 as Securities Business Manager.
In 2004, she moved to Italy to manage the SWIFT office in Milan, as Head of South East Europe.
In 2013, Isabelle took over the role of Head of Clearing & Settlement, developing the SWIFT Securities business in EMEA, and driving the T2S project for SWIFT.
Isabelle is now responsible for Initiatives and Market Infrastructures in both the Payments and the Securities businesses in EMEA.
In her current function, Isabelle drives the go-to-market activities around gpi, SWIFT Instant Payment solution, the Eurosystem ESM IG project and the future Transaction Manager.
Before joining SWIFT, Isabelle worked for 7 years for Euroclear Bank in Belgium, covering various Operations Management functions.
Isabelle holds a Commercial Engineer degree from the IAG University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium and a Master in European Management (CEMS) obtained at the Italian Università Bocconi in Milan.
Melissa TuozzoloFI Payments Market Management and Industry Head - Citi
Melissa Tuozzolo is the Head of Payments Financial Market Infrastructures and Industry Initiatives in Citi’s Treasury and
Trade Services organization. In this role, Melissa manages a team focused on advocacy and execution of strategic
transformation across payments networks and key industry initiatives. She is a member of the Payments Market Practice
Group (PMPG) and the SWIFT US National Group.
Melissa has over fifteen years’ experience in the Transaction Banking industry with a focus on Payments. She started her
career in Citi’s Global Transaction Services analyst rotational program, and has held roles in across strategy, product
development, global FI market management and client management throughout her Citi career. She joined HSBC in 2014
as the North American head of International Payments. In this capacity, she managed a suite of payments products for
HSBC’s North America region including Clearing, Foreign Currency Payments and Global Disbursements. Prior to
rejoining Citi in 2017, she was the Director of Direct Banking at Amalgamated Bank, tasked with developing a digital
consumer bank proposition and leading engagements with FinTech partnerships.
